SEK Education Group has begun to give a series of psychological support webinars, aimed at its entire educational community, both students and families as well as teachers and employees of SEK schools and Camilo José Cela University.

These workshops, taught by professors from the Department of Psychology of the UCJC School of Education and Health, aim to offer all their virtual attendees different resources and strategies that help them tackled self-isolation and lockdown caused COVID-19 crisis, and improve their psychological and emotional adjustment.

In addition, for more particular cases, an online psychological support service has been created, which can be accessed by members of the SEK and UCJC educational community, which will be attended by psychologists, professors from the School of Education and Health of Camilo University. José Cela, in different time slots from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon.

The topics and schedules of all the webinars for SEK teachers and employees are detailed below. To attend these workshops, it is necessary to access through the links provided, 15 minutes before the scheduled time. It is advisable to do so from the Google Chrome browser:
